ORDER

The petitioner claiming to be owner of the land situated in Survey Nos.514/16 and 515/16, at Lakshmipuram, Jangalapatti Village, Theni Taluk, Theni District has come forward with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2015 by which a request was made to fix the boundary by due survey number with police protection.

2.Admittedly, the person objecting to the action of the petitioner has not been made as a party. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit has been decreed in his favour. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.This Court is not inclined to go into all those aspects. It is suffice to direct the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2015 and pass orders thereon within a time frame.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the interest third parties before passing orders and he shall also decide as to whether police protection is required or not for that purpose. No costs.
