ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner with respect to the subject properties after considering the representation made by the petitioner on 30.11.2020.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the application given by the petitioner was rejected by the second respondent through proceedings dated 22.06.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in the present writ petition and recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. No Costs.
