ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.10.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 399 I.P.C., in Crime No.226 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners alleged to have made preparation for committing dacoity.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and is no way connected with the alleged offence.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has got twelve previous cases.

6. Taking not of the facts and circumstances of the case, as the petitioner has got twelve previous cases against him, this Court is not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
