on the basis of the complaint of the 3rd and 4th respondents dated 09.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is undertaken in CSR No.179 of 2023 and the same is pending. But the petitioner is not co-operating to complete the enquiry.

3.Let the petitioner appear before the respondent police and cooperate with them to complete the process of enquiry. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, he may workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. There is no question of harassment at this stage.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above said liberty.
