ORDER

This criminal revision case is filed challenging the order passed by the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur in C.C.No.232 1/4

of 2021, dated 18.02.2022, which was confirmed by the learned Additional District and Session Judge, Srivilliputhur in Crl.A.No.22 of 2022 dated 27.10.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties had appeared and submitted that the matter is settled between the parties and that the complainant had received the entire cheque amount.

3. In view of the above submission, the order passed order passed by the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur in C.C.No. 232 of 2021, dated 18.02.2022, which was confirmed by the learned Additional District and Session Judge, Srivilliputhur in Crl.A.No.22 of 2022 dated 27.10.2025 is hereby set aside. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
