By an order dated 20.04.2022, this Court directed the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under PCR Act, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Thoothukudi to dispose of S.C.No.22 of 2021, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.229/2025, dated 18.03.2025, wherein, it requested further two months time to comply with the earlier order.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7315 of 2022 dated 20.04.2022.
