ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC., in Crime No.105 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.The petitioner is figuring as second accused in the above said crime number. The allegation against the petitioner is that the defacto complainant was induced by the petitioner to borrow certain sums of money on the promise that the first accused one Saravanan will be given overseas employment. He further submitted that the prime accused Saravanan is the ultimate beneficiary and the petitioner is only an agent. The learned counsel for the petitioner also intimated that the petitioner independently preferred a complaint against the first accused alleging that the petitioner also paid a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the first accused for getting job.

4. Taking into account all the circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed. sd/- 06/06/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
