Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned notices dated 08.03.2024 issued by the fourth respondents to the Door No. 13/116/2 and Door No.13/116/3 of petitioner's property situated at Ambalathuvilai Nagakodu, Kulasekaram Post, Kanyakumari District, and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents 2 and 3 to issue direction to the fourth respondent to send fresh notice in accordance with law by imposing lawful property tax to the petitioner.

ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. The said endorsement reads as under: "Permit me to withdrawal with liberty to appeal."
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
