ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the matrimonial dispute in family Court Jurisdiction regarding the divorce petition filed under Section 13(1)(1-a) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending before the Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District in HMOP.No. 198 of 2012 filed by the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint received from the third respondent, dated 21.05.2018 was closed after completing the enquiry stating that the dispute is pending before the Civil Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested this Court to record the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
