This petition has been filed to quash the case in FIR No.365/2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the investigation in Crime No.365/2016 has been completed and final report has been filed in PRC No.2/2017 before the Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur.

3. Under such circumstances, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application to quash the proceedings in PRC No.2/2017. The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on 17.03.2017 and collect the charge sheet copies and file a fresh application before this Court.
