Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4threspondent to submit proposal to the 3rd respondent for qualification approval for the petitioner for her appointment as lecturer otherwise called Assistant Professor in English in the 4th respondent college within a time to be fixed by this Honourable Court and the 3rd respondent on such submission of proposal to grant qualification approval for the petitioner for her said appointment within a time to be fixed by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has made an endorsement to that effect and also circulated a letter dated 21.11.2016 to the Registry, wherein it has been stated as follows: "Since the petitioner has filed a memo for withdrawal of the above writ petition and wants urgent orders therein, it is requested that the writ petition may be posted before for withdrawal urgently."

2. In view of the letter dated 21.11.2016 circulated to the Registry and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
