This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2024 and to issue a Missing Certificate.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint was already enquired and closed on 19.11.2023. He further submits that a copy of the closure report was also furnished to the petitioner.
3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
