This petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent herein to withdraw the case in Crime No.193 of 2012 pending on the file of the 3rd Respondent herein and entrust the same to the 2nd Respondent herein for fair investigation and to file the final report within a time frame fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.50 of 2017 and the next hearing date is 10.03.2017. He also produced copy of the diary extract.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous is closed.
