This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to withdraw the case C.C. No. 367 of 2010 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Periyakulam, Theni District and transfer the same to any other magistrate Court situated at Madurai District.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) produced the case diary regarding C.C.no.367 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam and on perusal of the diary, it is seen that on 05.12.2016, all the accused were acquitted by the trial court.

4.In view of the acquittal of all the accused, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
