This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction, to quash the F.I.R in Crime.No.154 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Devipattinam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, dated 11.03.2016.

2. Heard both sides.

for the offences made out in the complaint given by the defacto complainant, it is clear that the case has been registered by the respondent Police in Cr.No.154 of 2016 under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C.

3. There is no other ground in the petition to quash the F.I.R. Hence, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to quash the F.I.R.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
