This petition is filed to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.256 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, the 1st respondent police, after completing the investigation of Crime No.256 of 2015, filed a final report on 28.04.2016 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhu Nagar and it was taken on file as C.C.No.66 of 2016.
