The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the respondents to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 12.01.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. On reading of the complaint, dated 12.01.2016, said to have been lodged by the petitioner, it is seen that the dispute between the petitioner and opposite party is a matrimonial dispute and hence the respondent Police is directed to send both the parties for counseling and take action in accordance with law.
4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is closed.
