Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2264 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.123 of 2020 dated 11.05.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court from 20.05.2020 onwards.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 20.05.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in a week https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3484 of 2020 i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered.
