O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The petitioner, who is a third party to the writ petition, has filed the present petition seeking leave of this Court to prefer a Writ Appeal against the order of the learned writ Court dated 23.02.2026 made in W.P(MD) No.4899 of 2026.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the patta stands in his name. However, without arraying him as a party to the writ petition, the second respondent/writ petitioner filed the said writ petition challenging the refusal check slip dated 27.01.2026, which came to be allowed. 3.Heard Mr.V.Om Prakash, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

4.Considering the fact that the impugned order has a bearing on the rights of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that leave deserves to be granted.
