ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. He further submitted that LOC has been issued against the petitioner and that the prosecution has initiated steps to delete the LOC. The same is recorded.

2. Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court regarding the LOC and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
