This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to secure the accused in Crime No.310 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent police dated 26.05.2017 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the accused has obtained anticipatory bail before the Principal Sessions Court.
3. In view of the fact that anticipatory bail had been obtained by the accused, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition becomes infructuous.
