ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.114 of 2009 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that while pending this petition, the second respondent closed the F.I.R as 'undeducted one'. However, the second respondent now proceed with the further investigation and it is pending.

3.Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.114 of 2009 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
