The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.03.2022 and to give police protection to her life and limb and to enable her to enjoy the subject properties in Survey No.266/23 measuring 0.13.0 Hectares, Survey No.266/32 measuring 0.10.0 Hectares, Survey No.266/39 measuring 0.30.0 Hectares, Survey No.269/3 measuring 0.14.0 Hectares and Survey No.283/4 measuring 0.25.0 Hectares, Ayanpattamangalam Village, Pulloor Group, Thiruvadanai Taluk,

2. On the side of the civil Court decree, the petitioner enjoyed the subject property. While being so, the respondents 5 to 7 obstructing the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property. Therefore, the petitioner lodged complaint and police protection and it is pending on the file of the third respondent.

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and respondents 5 to 7 herein and conduct the enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
