ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the review applicant, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

2.The review applicant herein is a third party to W.P.(MD)No.11157 of 2017. The said writ petition was dismissed on 15.06.2017. He seeks review of the same.

3.We have taken note of the fact that in respect of the very same property, O.S.No.991 of 2016 and O.S.No.305 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Lalgudi are pending. We grant leave to the review applicant to file impleading application in those two suits. As and when impleading applications are filed, they shall be allowed by the Court below. We further grant leave to the review applicant to urge the contentions now putforth before us in the pending civil suits. Both the suits shall be tried jointly. Nothing set out in the order dated 15.06.2017 made in W.P.(MD)No.11157 of 2017 will come in the way of the review applicant from establishing his claim in the pending suits. 4.This review application is disposed of accordingly.
