O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent police to file a Final Report in Crime No.12 of 2007 filed under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC., dated 30.08.2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have already conducted the enquiry and closed the case in Crime No.12 of 2007 as 'mistake of fact' on 13.09.2008 and RCS notice has also been served to the petitioner on 04.11.2008 and he produced the acknowledgement for the same.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
