This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Mahila Court, Madurai to complete the Trial in S.C.No.68 of 2016 on its file within a time frame. 2.Mr.S.Pon Senthil Kumaran, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a senior citizen, aged about 65 years and his daughter committed suicide in the year 2015. After investigation the respondent has also filed final report, which is taken on filed in the year 2016. It is further submitted that the petitioner is entitled for earlier disposal of the case.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) also.

4.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the facts and circumstances of this case, the learned Judge, Mahila Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of the case in S.C.No.68 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
