This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to give adequate police protection for the life and limp of the petitioner to lead his life and to carry on his hotel business as well as to manage his agriculture property situated at Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.Though the petitioner has sought for police protection to life and limp of the petitioner and his business and agriculture property, the respondent is directed to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limp alone based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2016.
