This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take necessary action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 05.03.2016 as per the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli, in SL.No.29 of 2015, dated 31.12.2015, and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) produced the First Information Report in Crime No. 491 of 2017, dated 13.07.2017, before this Court to show that the complaint has been registered.
