Respondent in both writ petitions COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling the records of the respondent office pertaining to the impugned order, dated 21.05.2020 passed by the respondent in his Na.Ka.Chi.Vi.No.6/204/2020 dated 21.05.2020, quash it as illegal. In both writ petitions For Petitioner : Mr. K.Kathiresan For Respondent : Mr. H.Arumugam, Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER The Prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions are to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the respondent office pertaining to the impugned order, dated 21.05.2020 passed by the respondent in his Na.Ka.Chi.Vi.No.6/204/2020 dated 21.05.2020, quash it as illegal.

2.Today, when the cases are taken up for hearing, it is fairly submitted that, the impugned orders, dated 21.05.2020, imposing some penalty and recovery of money from the petitioners without issuing notice have subsequently been withdrawn by the respondent, vide circular, dated 24.06.2020. Pursuant to the said withdrawal on 24.06.2020, a fresh show cause notice has been issued to the petitioners. Therefore, nothing survives with regard to the present impugned orders, as the same have been admittedly recalled https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).Nos.7339 & 7342 of 2020 by the respondent on 24.06.2020. The said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners has not been disputed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TASMAC.

3. In view of the above, since nothing survives in these writ petitions, as the impugned orders have already been withdrawn by the respondent on 24.06.2020, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
