ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to sanction NRL Loan amount of Rs.4,00,000/- from Employees Contribution in the petitioner's E.P.F Account with the time limit to be stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.J.Senthil Kumariah, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
3.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 5.According to the petitioner, he constructed a residential house in Plot No.144 and the petitioner applied NRL Loan for a sum a Rs.4,00,000/- from Employees Contribution in the petitioner's E.P.F Account before the respondent. With regard to the same, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondent on 24.03.2021. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition.

W.P(MD)No.8649 of 2021 6.Mr.J.Senthil Kumariah, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that no application or representation for loan from the petitioner is received by the respondent. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has to apply in the prescribed format provided by the respondent. If the petitioner applies for the loan, the same will be considered by the respondent and eligible amount will be sanctioned as loan. 7.Considering the rival submissions made on either side, it is open to the petitioner to submit a fresh loan application in a prescribed format within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receiving the said application, the respondent is directed to consider the same and disburse the eligible loan amount to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
8.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
