This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 16/04/2018. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and since the dispute between the parties is civil in nature, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complaint was closed on 12.06.2018 advising the parties to go

before the concerned civil forum. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before the Court.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the competent civil Court in the manner known to law.
