Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the financial bids were opened on 20.02.2026 and pursuant to the same, steps are taken for 2/4
issuing the work orders. He further submitted that bid of the petitioner was accepted and his financial bid was also opened. 2.The petitioner challenges the tender notification primarily on the ground that by way of amendments, the conditions have been altered. However, the said challenge no longer survives for consideration as the technical bid of the petitioner has been accepted. 3.In view of such submission, nothing survives for consideration. This writ petition is disposed of by preserving the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the work order issued in favour of the successful bidder in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
