Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.C.MANIYARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition to extend the time for complying the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD). No.112 of 2020, dated 20.02.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the criminal revision petition was ordered on 20.02.2020 and the order copy was ready only on 02.03.2020. Due to lock down, the petitioner was not able to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.56 of 2019, within the time limit prescribed by this Court. Hence, he prays before this Court that the time may be extended. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

CRL MP(MD) No.3493 of 2020 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and the time for depositing the aforesaid amount is extended till 24.07.2020.
