Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the 2nd respondent's order in D.E.No.1 of 2013 dated 7.8.2014 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natrual justice and further direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to mark the necessary and relevant documents and take evidences on the petitioner's side in D.E.No.1 of 2013.
