This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.71 of 2014 and entrust the same to the second respondent for investigation of the case and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that already the complaint has been enquired into and it was closed as "Mistake of Fact" and the matter is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate.

3.In the above circumstances, no further adjudication is necessary in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Crl.M.P.(MD).No.129 of 2017 is also closed.
