ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2015 and pass orders.
2.Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has preferred an appeal challenging the recovery proceedings of the Deputy Commissioner / Executive Officer, dated 02.06.2015, which was issued without affording an opportunity of being heard and that the appeal is pending.
4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner, dated 24.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, if not already disposed of, after giving notice to the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
