ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.548 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. The case of the prosecution is that on 02.08.2014, the petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant and caused injury, which resulted in registration of the case.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution.
5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on two occasions, i.e., on 04.09.2014 and 31.10.2014 respectively and pursuant to non compliance of the conditions imposed therein, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.
