ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in crime No.26 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police wherein they are alleged to have committed offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC.

2. Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the F.I.R. on the ground that he has received the entire money back.

3. The defacto complainant is present in-person and he also acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the F.I.R.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that A3 and A4 have deposited a sum of Rs.75,000/- each before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli, under the direction of this Court. They may be permitted to withdraw the said amount.

5. Considering the above said facts, F.I.R. in crime No.26 of 2025, on the file of the first respondent police is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The third and the fourth accused are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by them respectively before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the order.
