ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying this Court for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to furnish the documents referred in his notice dated 10.12.2014 in Na.Ka.No.841/2012/A1 as per the Petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2014. 2.According to him, a show-cause notice has been issued for which he replied and certain documents were sought for. He is prepared to abide by any report if the document copy is given.

3.In fact, earlier in another Writ Petition filed by his brother in W.P.No.651 of 13 in which this Court ordered notice. In fact an enquiry was started emanating complaint given against the Writ Petitioner. 4.In view of the above, the authorities will give a copy of the complaint given by his brother to him so as to enable him to give proper reply. Accordingly,the authorities are directed to give a copy of the complaint to the Petitioner within three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter the Petitioner has to reply for the same within one week thereafter and the authorities shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

5.With the above direction,the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
