Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

3. The petitioner is the owner of the land in S.No.198/53 and T.S.No.23 situated at Annambaripatti village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District. Since she is running a dairy farm in that land, she wanted to demarcate the property by metes and bounds. In spite of repeated requests, the respondents have not surveyed her land. Hence, this writ petition is filed.

4. I have considered the rival contentions.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the request of the petitioner for survey and demarcation of her land, after giving notice to her and the adjacent land owners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
