O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a change of investigation on the ground that the Crime No.237 of 2015 was registered in the year 2015 for offences under Sections 147, 294 (b), 406, 420, 506 (ii) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of TNPHW act and there is no progress.

2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that five witnesses have already been examined and a requisition has been made to the concerned VAO, seeking for certain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

particulars. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that the entire investigation would be completed within a period of three months and final report would be filed. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the third respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report strictly within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
