This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.321 of 2016, dated 17.08.2016 pending on his file and to lay the final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of more than three month from the date of registration of the case, the respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.321 of 2016.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.321 of 2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the Court concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
