O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2021 requesting for registering the sale deed in respect of the property in S.No.32/4A1A bearing Plot No.15 house site to an extent of 5 1/2 cents situated at Thoppur Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.S.Balaji, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.John Rajadurai, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.At the outset, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the subject sale deed which the petitioner refers to in her representation was not presented for registration. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is willing to present the sale deed for registration. 4.As and when the petitioner submits the sale deed pertaining to the aforementioned property for registration, the second respondent shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and decide as to whether the sale deed can be registered or not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.7602 of 2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of the sale deed. In case, the second respondent decides that the sale deed cannot be registered, the second respondent is directed to issue a refusal check slip to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to her under law. 5.With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
