ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.32 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and since the matter has been compromised, the same has been closed as a mistake of fact and referred charge sheet notice has been served upon the petitioners.

3. In view of filing of closure report before the concerned court, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and therefore, this petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
