The Criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.109/2017, on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had registered an FIR in Crime No.109/2017, conducted investigation and on 15.06.2017, closed the same as mistake of fact.

3.Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
