Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to sanction educational loan to the petitioner for pursuing his B.E., (Mechanical Engineering) course by considering the loan application dated 24.06.2015 submitted by the petitioner within the time that may be stipulated by this Court and pass further or other order as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the third respondent bank to sanction educational loan for pursuing his B.E., (Mechanical Engineering) course by considering the loan application dated 24.06.2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that for grant of educational loan, the petitioner gave a representation on 24.06.2015 to the third respondent. The said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent bank submitted that the petitioner did not enclose the relevant documents. Further, he submitted that the petitioner is to appear along with his parents.

4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the date, fixed by the third respondent bank, the petitioner will appear before the third respondent along with his parents and also along with required documents so as to prove his claim.

5. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent bank on 31.07.2015 at 2.30 p.m. along with his parents with necessary documents. On such appearance and on production of the documents, the third respondent bank is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 24.06.2015 and pass appropriate order, on merits and in accordance with law.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
