PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for a direction to the respondent to file final report in connection with Crime No.17 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police within a specified time as may be fixed by this Court.

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in connection with Crime No.17 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police within a specified time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that after investigation final report was filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.46 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur.
