SIDE) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 436, 324, 307 and 302 of I.P.C in Crime No.68 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The second and third petitioners have already surrendered in custody. Hence this Criminal Original petition has becomes infructuous with regard to the second and third petitioner. 4.As far as the first petitioner is concerned, who is aged about 65 years, this Court is of the view that there is no overt-act attributed to the first petitioner. It is also seen there is a group clash and injuries are caused on either side. This Court on earlier occasion directed that all the absconding accused should surrender before the police. the other accused had surrendered .

5.Therefore, taking into account of these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the first petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the first petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for a period of one week at 10.30 a.m and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The first petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The first petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
