PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 304 IPC in Crime No. 108 of 2016 and under Sections 297, 337 and 304 IPC in Crime No. 413 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police respectively, the petitioners have come forward with these petitions seeking anticipatory bail.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would Submit that the offences have been subsequently altered into Section 304(A) IPC, which is bailable in nature.

4. In view of the above submission, these petitions are not maintainable and therefore, these petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
