This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioners seek for early disposal of their statutory appeal pending on the file of the respondent. According to the petitioners, the said appeal was filed on 27.01.2022. 3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondent or other parties in the statutory appeal, if the statutory appeal is disposed of expeditiously, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioners and all the parties concerned.

4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioners' statutory appeal, dated 27.01.2022, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioners as well as other parties to the statutory appeal, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
